Quite difficult to set up, but a lot easier then setting up multiple series and you need do nothing to add new values except add/remove/change the table. You only need to change columns A and B, columns C and D calculate for themselves and the table adjusts its own size, and the plot changes automatically too adding/removing categories as needed.
There are 2 series:
1. For your data
2. For labels (a single point for each x value (category) at 0 y, with only data labels showing)
Both series are true x-y scatter plots, not line charts.
