Missing style number in the styles pane

Word 16: I have three heading styles that I created. Heading 2, Heading 3 and Heading 4. In the Styles pane, Heading 1 and Heading 2 display correctly, but Heading 3 displays as Heading '

. The number 4 is missing. How can I get the number to display properly?
