  1. The instructions do not tell you to change "piceditclass" to "NoRereg", or change the value to "DWORDVALUE". The instructions very clearly state that you should create a new entry of type DWORD and set its name to "NoRereg".
  2. Evidently you have had several versions of Office installed as the registry entries clearly show - 12.0 is Office 2007, 14.0 is Office 2010, 15.0 is Office 2013 and 16.0 is for Office 2016 and later.
