Your odd page header in the last section is not well formed. It is best to set alignments by using paragraph alignment and tabs rather than spaces to push things over.

You have also included a styleref to Heading 2 and in that sample document, your Heading 2 instance happens to include a soft return (new line break) so that is included in the StyleRef result in the header. To fix that you should remove the soft return from the Heading 2 instance in the BODY of the document.

To get the alignment right in that header, remove the spaces in front of the StyleRef field. Use the very special alignment tabs which you can find in the Header/Footer ribbon to place the Center and Right Alignment tabs in your header.
