Thank you, Charge - I do appreciate your help and it works.



I have other problems with my Office 2021 Pro and word - I go up on google and do a search to fix a problem and the advice will be something like - click on A, then B, and then C. Several times I click on A and B but then C does not show up. I have - after a lot of wasted time - found a work around.



And example - I wanted to have two copies of the same doc up but be able to edit, move, copy or delete from one to the other independently and to scroll they independently. The first suggestion was to use split windows and then follow A and B and C.


"WINDOW" was suppose to come up at C but it is not there.
