I have a template in C:Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\MicrosoftExcel\XLSTAR T\Book.xltx

To open that template from the main context menu in Win Explorer, I have created a new key ExcelT under the shell key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell. In the ExcelT key I have created a subkey command and with modify I entered the above path (with quotes). While this make ExcelT appear in the Win 11 main context menu, a left or right click on that menu item won't open the template. Perhaps it's because only .exe files will work? Would be grateful if there was a way to open the above template from the main context menu.
