Hi Herb,

Deletion is done via Windows Explorer. Simply input:
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Temp lates\
into the Windows Explorer address bar. Assuming your templates are in the default location, that should get you there. Template filenames end in .dot, .dotx or .dotm

However, it occurs to me there may be another way to resolve the problem:
• Select a paragraph with the 'Normal' Style in effect.
• On the Home tab, click on the little arrow in the bottom-right corner of the 'Styles' panel.
• Scroll up/down till you find the 'Normal' Style entry.
• Click on the ¶ for the 'Normal' Style and choose 'Modify'.
• In the dialog that appears, set the characteristics you desire. Additional options are available under 'Format'.
• Click on 'New documents based on this template', then 'OK'.
The 'Normal' Style for any new documents you create should now have the desired characteristics.
