Hi, I downloaded a a clean copy of windows 10 to my laptop and reloaded Office 2016 and it successfully loaded all the updates. However, I'm now trying to update to the latest version and I'm having problems,
I use the following process.
1: Open an Office product, eg Excel.
2: Go to file and Account.
3: Under Office Updates, it says Updates for this product are available for download
4: I tap the Update Options down arrow, and tap update now.
5: The MS Office Software Licence terms appear, I scroll down and tap OK.

No updates download, I have tried various reboots and still the same, can anyone please help.
