Default Non-add up tasks

Hello, I have a list of tasks, some of which are trackable with a completion %, but the rest are more like a check list.

When I entered those tasks into MS Project, they added up to the project overview percentage.

Any suggestions on how I may add such tasks without affecting the project overview, particularly while generating a report?
