Default Excel Scroll bar doesn't work
I have multiple Macros enabled .xlsm documents where the Horizontal Scroll-Bar doesn't work with mouse. No issues with .xslx format. I have to hold Shift to scroll in the new version.
I have another Laptop where the excel version is behind and that version doesn't have that issue.
