The file was started by opening a new blank file in ms word, selecting Page Layout then Page Setup. In the Margins page Book fold was selected and the margins were set all around and a gutter value assigned. Then on the Paper page the size of the paper was selected at 11"x5.5".On the Layout page, the headers and footers were selected and
Different first page and Different odd and even boxes were left unchecked. From there the number of formatted blank pages were increased to 68. Then from the Insert tab, Insert Page Number, Bottom of Page were selected, then all of the page numbers were automatically inserted into the footer of all of the pages. From there the data was inserted for each page to finish the file.The printer was set to print on both sides of each sheet, landscape, two pages on each side. Then the error on page 6 was observed.
