I copied a template from our company's collection and want to modify it. I've inserted a new cover page, TOC, and the first page looks fine. But when I press CTRL+ENTER to add a subsequent page, the whole page is blue! I think this was the end page from the old template. How do I change this to a plain, ordinary white page?
