Default Prevent COMMANDBUTTON From Recognizing Extra Clicks
I am in need of preventing a CommandButton from recognizing more than one click ... then after a 3 second pause be ready to accept another click. BUT not recognize or accept any clicks during that 3 second pause.

Trying to prevent the user from clicking multiple times and increasing the registered counts resulting from those extra clicks. This is used in a small VOTING app.

The button is pasted onto a worksheet.
