Restart your computer.
You should never enable all macros!
I recommend the option to Disable all macros (with notification). The file containing the macro needs to be in a trusted location; the documents on which it is being run need not be in a trusted location.
Macros in files in trusted locations will run without any notification if the Disable all macros option is in force.
Are the macros stored in:
- Normal template?
- A different Global Template?
- The attached template?
- A document?
