Default Conditional Formatting on Shared mailbox

Hi all
We have a shared mailbox that multiple people have access to, within that we have a calendar, currently we have conditional formatting on the calendar entries depending on the subject of the entry setup using View Settings > Conditional formatting.

The issue we have is that the users cannot see the conditional formatting and each and every user has to set them up individually on their own. is there a way to log into the outlook shared mailbox and set this up so we don't have to do it like that?
