Hi,

I work for a construction company and I create separate email folders for my projects with subfolders underneath for the different tasks/subcontractors.
Via conditions I let the relevant mails automatically go to the appropriate folders, works very well.

Only now I literally have a lot of projects in my Outlook that are finished by now and make scrolling annoying, especially on my mobile and tablet.
I can't just delete them since we are required to keep all communications and documents for 10 years.
Now I was wondering if there is a way to copy a Project folder and subfolders to the server to keep so I can purge my Outlook.
