Can no longer get my exchange email from work on my desktop Outlook app
Although this has previously worked without issue, I am no longer able to access my work (Exchange) email through the desktop Outlook app that I have through my personal MS subscription. The email assigned as the account name, my husband's email from the same employer, and my gmail account can all be successfully accessed in this way -- but not my email. The error message says to contract my administrator, but my employer (a university) is not able to figure this out.
Any insight would be appreciated!
