I have a Word document where I would like the user as part of the Mail Merge process to be able to select Y or N and then use the result of the question to determine the text in one of the sentences.

I know how to use Ask which collects the answer from a text box, but can you restrict the prompt so it gives you a choice of Y or N or a checkbox

I could use VBa user form but Macros are banned in this environment
