It looks like you have your color scheme set as black and your contact name order has been changed.

Color scheme
Open Outlook and go to File > Options > General > change color scheme to silver (default).

Contacts filing order
Open Outlook and go to File > Options > Contacts > Change "Default full name order" to First(middle) Last and change "Default file as order" to last, first.
