This is actually surprisingly easy and won't need a macro. I've attached a Word document showing the steps I took to convert this layout.

Assuming your table is EXACTLY as you show and doesn't contain any cells with multiple paragraphs this will work.

The steps you need to make are:
1. Edit the Cell which contains FieldName3 to add a paragraph after it so it contains
FieldName3
NarrativeField

2. Select the entire table and Convert Table to Text, separate text with paragraph marks

3. While that text is selected, Convert Text to Table, 4 columns & separate text at Paragraphs

I've attached a doc showing the dialog box settings you need to use.

If you do have cells with multiple paragraphs, you need to temporarily replace them with something else eg Find and replace ^p with xxx. After you recreate the table and paste it into Excel, do the reverse search and replace (Hint: In Excel, a return in a cell is Ctrl-J in the replace box).
