If I am understanding correctly, I think you want to forward ("transfer") several messages at the same time as a single email message.

I'm not sure why it's not working for you. I just tried selecting and forwarding every message in my inbox – there are thousands – and I could do it.



Not sure how to troubleshoot this. My first inclination would be to close Outlook, shut down my computer, restart, and try again.



To save time, you might try troubleshooting troubleshooting using only two messages. Does it work in some folders, and not in others?

It looks like forwarding has been disabled, but I don't believe that's an option in Outlook.
