I need to be able to print approximately 20 files with approximately 30 letters in each file. The letters are to be posted in pairs. One letter headed letter accompanied by another letter that is on plain paper.

At present I have to open each file and then tell the printer to pring all the Odd numbered pages (letter headed) from Tray 2 (letter headed paper) and then after that I then have to print all the even numbered pages from tray 3 (plain paper).

This is a bit of pain, so is there any way of setting up Word 2000 to tell it to print alternate pages from different trays?
