I have a user here who runs the personal folder as his mailbox. now, everytime he access his outlook, it hang. I already try to detach his pst file and do a scanpst on it and it didn't fix, infact I can't attach his pst file back to the outlook. The pst file size is 9.3GB. I create another pst file and set that up as his mailbox but he can't forward an email with pdf attachment (hang) to other people but he can forwarded the same attachment to himself. He use Windows XP Pro and MS Outlook 2003. Could anyone please help me on this?
