Default How to get away with extra space when linking from excel to word?

I am used to link excel cells to word document through Past/ Past Special/Past link/Formatted Text(RTF). Sometimes(not always) in this process, an extra space is created and when I update the link all the text in the line the excel link is situated, jump to next immediate line. (see the attached picture. The Highlighted part). Can you guide me on how I can get away with this extra space?( I have attaced Excel file. I link from G column. I have this problem with cell (g12))
