Default Aligning heading numbers in TOC

I have used Word's automatic table of contents system to generate a TOC.

I cannot work out why the numbers do not line up. I have uploaded an image which shows the result.

If it helps, the e main heading is based on the following style:-

Main heading:-

Font color: Custom Color(RGB(55,81,145)), Indent:
Left: 0 cm
Hanging: 1 cm
Tab stops: 7.75 cm, List tab, Outline numbered + Level: 1 + Numbering Style: 1, 2, 3, … + Start at: 1 + Alignment: Left + Aligned at: 6.75 cm + Tab after: 7.75 cm + Indent at: 7.75 cm, Style: Show in the Styles gallery, Priority: 8
Based on: Heading 1
Following style: Normal

Subheading:-

Indent:
Left: 0 cm
Hanging: 1 cm
Tab stops: 1 cm, List tab, Outline numbered + Level: 2 + Numbering Style: 1, 2, 3, … + Start at: 3 + Alignment: Left + Aligned at: 0 cm + Tab after: 1 cm + Indent at: 1 cm, Style: Show in the Styles gallery, Priority: 8
Based on: Heading 2
Following style: Normal
