Default Setting up Analysis Sheet when data does not exist, yet.

I'm trying to setup a data analysis sheet for 10 employees that compiles their activity for each day throughout the year. Each employee completes his daily sheet and copies it into his respective folder. The analysis sheet looks to each employee's folder and gathers the data off each sheet. The problem I have is that I'm setting up the analysis sheet before the daily data sheets are completed and I end up with nothing but reference errors because I'm telling it to look for data that does not exist yet. How can I set up my analysis sheet to gather the data when that data is completed and copied to the correct folder?
