Angry Creating "vertical lines" where we have "review lines"

How can I create "vertical lines" exactly where I have the "tracking (changes) red lines"?

I've just compared by new word document with the previous version, and obviouly I have some changes that I want to highlight to the user. But I don't want to show it as a review mode, I would like to share the final document, and highlight where the htings were changed.

But the fact is that I have more than 500 changes, so I can't do line by line.

So, I would like to run a macro that goes change by change and insert a vertical line really close to the revision mark. In this case I can accept all revision marks and export the documento to pdf with the vertical lines as they were the revision marks.

How can I do that?

Please, check the picture below for a better clarification.

Thanks
