1- Since technically my employer is also logged into OneNote, can they see my notebooks? === Not through OneNote, but if it is a work computer they could have other software that lets them see what you are doing.
2- Does my employer account and my account share the same OneDrive? ==== Not different one drives.
3-When I make changes to the notebooks on my account, are they saving them to my local work pc or to the network server? I realize they are also syncing and saving them to the cloud (OneDrive), but I'm curious where they are going locally at work? Not sure on this.
4-If I password protect a section of a notebook on my account, can my employer access that since technically they are logged into my OneNote program? No
