Default On click merge 2 texts into one and hide a shape

Hi.
I'm looking for a VBA macro that, on the click of a button, merges the contents of 2 textboxes located in another slide, and hides a shape to show what's beneath it.
Ex. In Slide 1, I have 2 textboxes, one has the FIRST NAME, the other, the LAST NAME. On Slide 94, I need to be able to click a button or a shape that, once clicked, it fetches the contents of the above-mentioned textboxes, merges them into an existing one (separated by a "space"), and hides a shape that in front of a message.

Thanks.
George.
