Hello everyone,
perhaps someone could point me towards the right direction on how to approach a very frequent task that I encountered at work. Almost every day I have to prepare nameplates for guests, two sided, folded horizontally in the middle. My colleagues prepared this type of template that is filled in manually:

I wonder if it would be possible to automate this task using Excel? Or at least make it so both upper and lower text would change simultaneously, to make the process faster.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
