Question How to link OneNote 2013 to a specifix page in local pdf file?

I've searched the forum (google and bing too) before registering and posting here but I still can't find a solution. Is it possible? Am I missing something? I don't mind upgrading OneNote if that is the solution. Thank you.

I was hoping something like this would work in OneNote. But it doesn't.

---

Use as hyperlink the link to the pdf, and add to it #page=xx where xx is the page number.

Example: for this pdf
http://css4.pub/2015/icelandic/dictionary.pdf

you can link to the page 10 with this link

http://css4.pub/2015/icelandic/dictionary.pdf#page=10

If you want a specific phrase, add &search="this phrase"

http://css4.pub/2015/icelandic/dictionary.pdf#page=10&search="total devast ation"
