Hoping you can help with this "NEW" Work book Sheet, Condition Format ... TEST#3: ICON SET 'Signal Lights' (x3) see attached. I have created this sheet to learn about CF. I would like to see if I can apply the 'ICON SET' to the rules shown (or something similar).
Any help would be appreciated or at least point me in a good direction.
