Hi Mahen,

If they're only a single given & surname per cell, using Excel's Text-to-Columns tool will do the job. See under Data|Text-to-Columns. Use the space as the delimiter.

For the case conversion, you can use a formula like:
=UPPER(A1)
where the string to be converted is in A1.
