breaking link to external project moves dates

Hi,

Facing a strange phenomena - after breaking the link to an external project dates move

and I don't know why...

It is Microsoft® Project® Online Desktop Client MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20526) 64-bit.

Any idea why?
