Default Repeated numbering

Hi,
I have a word document in which every saturday I add a NEW FIRST PAGE of the following format:

WEEK [today date in format dd/mm/yyyy]
[today date in format dd] - Saturday bla bla bla
[tomorrow date in format dd] - Sunday bla bla bla
[next monday date in format dd] - Monday bla bla bla
[next tuesday date in format dd] - Tuesday bla bla bla
[next wednesday date in format dd] - Wednesday bla bla bla
[next thursday date in format dd] - Thursday bla bla bla
[next friday date in format dd] - Friday bla bla bla

For example for the next week :

WEEK 18/02/2023
18 - Saturday bla bla bla
19 - Sunday bla bla bla
20 - Monday bla bla bla
21 - Tuesday bla bla bla
22 - Wednesday bla bla bla
23 - Thursday bla bla bla
24 - Friday bla bla bla

The new page generated is a copy-paste of the last week, so I copy the first page included the page break and then I paste it at the beginning of the document.
I would like to use an automatic date or numbering field which fill up the dates without me having to enter them manually.
I tried to use LISTNUM "daydate" /s 18 but it is not working for all the weeks since the most recent week is appended before the old one,
so I have to change the field starting day every week.
Do you have any idea how to do it?

Thanks
