Dear forum members,
This is my first post on this forum.
As shown in my subject, I've been getting this message "recently"(?) for the last few weeks (see attachments).
Some prior knowledge about my Outlook settings may be necessary, I think.
I have one "
Inbox", one "
Outbox", one "
Drafts" etc. and 3 groups and 5 email addresses:

group#1: has 2 email addresses;
-
group#2: has the other 3 email addresses;
-
group#3: has all email addresses (5x).
- archiving is OFF since the beginning.
So, all new emails (from all email addresses) end up in one "
Inbox".
And when I send emails, they all go through the one "
Outbox" and end up in the one "
Sent Items" folder.
Now, my "
Outbox" is completely EMPTY and the "
Sent Items" folder just shows previously sent emails....
Where does that message come from or rather: why do I get that message when there are apparently NO emails to be sent?!
Aside from the 5 email addresses provided by my ISP, I also have some free email addresses from Microsoft and Gmail. Don't know if that's an issue...?!
My specs are:
- Windows 10 Pro (22H2) ► up-to-date
- Microsoft Office 2016 ► up-to-date
- 16GB RAM
- CPU Intel i7-7700 @ 3.60GHz
