I have European (more precisely Estonian) regional settings, and multiplying e.g. entry $129.42 with 1 returns $129.42 instead 129,42 - i.e. no conversion is performed!
In case you want to test it with US settings, edit the numbers in OP's table like 129,42 EUR, and try them convert to numbers like 129.42
