I don't know exactly what you want but it looks like you are looking to use VBA to perform tasks that can be done smarter with a power query, pivot table and slicers.

Are you familiar with those? If not, have a look at some instructional videos on youtube like this one to do the data merge

Once you have the data merged, the pivot table and slicers will be easy to implement
