The fully justified paragraph format is meant to spread the words on each line of the paragraph so that the left and right sides align. When a line spreads out as badly as the one you have shown it is an indication that the content on the NEXT line (which we can't see) won't fit in the remaining space of the second line. We can assume the next word is very long but it is most likely that you have a long string or URL which doesn't include any spaces (and hence doesn't allow some of that string to fit on the second line).

You can either:
- add a tab at the end of that line or
- add some spaces to the following string so that part of that 'word' can fit on the second line or
- turn on hyphenation to allow Word to hyphenate the next word wherever it needs to break.
