Hi,

I'm using Outlook for work, so I cannot provide a lot of screenshots. But if need be, let me know.

My problem is that CHANGE VIEW > CATEGORY VIEW is not pulling up any of the categories in my inbox. Well, not exactly correct - it pulls up two emails from a year ago. But I should have dozens in here, and from far more recent times.

I can scroll and scroll and scroll through my inbox and find them - they're there. But when I switch to category view to isolate such emails, they're not in the results.

(By the way, has anyone else said anything about MS Outlook misspelling category with an "A"?)

I'm very new to category views. Am I missing something?

UPDATE: SOME categories show up in category view, others do not. Why? Red and Green show up; purple does not. Does that help with an answer?
