I believe you should be good to install, however, depending on use, the Go may be a bit light such as large data in Excel. So not recommended if getting on the PowerBI side of Excel.
Processor, Memory, graphics. Small formfactors may have "great" processors that are throttled for thermal capacity and/or power/battery savings.

So, what are your primary apps and planned usage within MS-Office and other applications?
For Power Computing, I start at 15" machines at minimum for better thermal flexibility, but a Go (and similiar devices) are so easy to carry.
