I use Office 365, so that may be the issue as well.

All my macros worked fine up until the Windows 11 recent 22H2 update, and now I can't enable them at all for some reason.

As the picture in my original post shows, the only options that are available when I try to enable the macros are "help protect me from unknown content" which seems to disable the macros.
