I currently use a CRM to send automated emails to a specific department once a user has submitted a form. The CRM generates the email to the department; our email client is Outlook. How can I program the email generated and read by the department, so that when pressing the 'Reply' button, it is sent to a specific email address and not noreply@......
Is this an HTML thing within the body of the email?
