which assumes the first row of your selection is row 2.

Proceeding this way will format every empty cell also, especially when selecting an entire column ( which to me is bad practice).
You could (eventually) make your range an
Excel table (allowing automatic extension of the rules) then click Conditional Formatting - Highlight cell rules - Between and enter 0 as lower limit and 1 as upper limit. Format as required
