Hi Donna,

To number the paragraphs, click on the 'numbering' button on the Home tab's 'paragraph' panel and choose a numbering format. After doing this, you might need to adjust the indents to get them back to how you want. Having done that, I'd suggest creating a new paragraph Style with those characteristics, so that you can quickly and consistently apply the same format to whatever paragraphs you want.
