Hi,
What I have is a Master Project which has 2 sub-projects with different priorities Project A 1000 and Project B 500 and a resource pool.
What I would like to do is

• assign a resource to Task1 on Project A at 25%
• and then on Project B when I assign Task1 in the same date range
• assign the remaining availability of that resource 75%
• currently it will assign 100%
• This is causing problems with overallocation and leveling
• Rescheduling Project B tasks to happen after Project A as it is the lower priority

I would like the quickest option to do this or a macro/VBA if possible as there are many project and tasks it will apply too.

I am using Project 2007 for this.
