From Outlook go to menu File / click Open and Export / click Open Outlook File / browse to your backup .PST and open it. It will open as a new folder in Outlook Folder pane (take care, it probably will have the same name as other folders) and from it you can fetch your folder or the emails (copy/paste). Once done Close the backup folder.
