I have an outlook Calendar template that our staff use to create meetings etc.
In the resources box we have email address automatically present. when the users use the template we have had instances where they have deleted the resources by accident is there a way we can either hide these form the the To address list or embed them somewhere so they are not seen but sends them to a particular Email
