Sorry if covered before. I did search.
I have an enormous number of emails. Want to backup pst by year. Not just inbox or sent but all emails dated that year plus other folders. Ideally store multiple pst's so can search and import all from a sender, subject line etc. etc. Outlook wants to archive to pst inbox and sent etc. separately which seems illogical to me. Is there a good 3rd party solution if Outlook can't do it please? Pieter
