Default POP3 mails sending problem

Hi

Our SBS exchange server 2003 is using the ISP relay service( smtp server) which is working perfectly without any problem in the company domain .

Detailed explanation of my issue:

My problem is one laptop user logging in the domain with dc windows SBS 2003 and sending mail through Outlook configured with two mail accounts -one is exchange account ( working without any problem) and another pop3 mail account which is hosted in 3rdparty server ( given their smtp mail server setting in the outgoing mail server for the pop3 account in the Outlook of the laptop). Both of them were working perfectly and from the past three days when the user tries to send mail through Outlook's pop3 mail account , it is giving the error "Task sending reported error ( 0x8004210B).But when he sends a mail from his pop3 account it is stuck in the outbox.

But when he logoff from the domain and connect to another internet connection and sending the same mail through his pop3 mail account , it is working perfectly.

I hope that my description fully depicts my problem. Anybody please help in this regard! Thanks & Regards
